Konfigurowanie konta użytkownika administratora

Aby skonfigurować połączenie między Business Central a Dataverse, musisz zalogować się do Business Central przy użyciu konta użytkownika, które ma przypisaną licencję Business Central Essential lub Business Central Premium. Użyjemy tego konta jednorazowo do zainstalowania i skonfigurowania niektórych wymaganych składników.

Ostrzeżenie

During set-up, you'll be asked to provide credentials for the Dataverse environment. Provide the credentials of an account that is a licensed user and assigned to the System Administrator security role on the Dataverse environment and Użytkownik Administrator role on the tenant to which the environment belongs. This account doesn't need a license to Business Central because it will be used only to do set-up tasks in the Dataverse environment. After the connection setup is done, you can remove this Dataverse user. The integration will continue using the user account that is automatically created specifically for the integration.

  • Business Central Dataverse Integration — umożliwia zarządzanie połączeniem między Business Central a Dataverse. Zazwyczaj jest przypisywana tylko do automatycznie utworzonego konta użytkownika do synchronizacji.

Uwaga

Tylko użytkownik aplikacji, który uruchamia integrację, powinien mieć rolę Business Central Dataverse Integration. Użytkownik aplikacji nie potrzebuje licencji Business Central ani Dataverse.

When you install the Base Integration Solution, it configures the permissions for the integration user account. If those permissions are changed manually, you can reset them. Choose Redeploy Integration Solution on the Dataverse Połączenie Setup page to reinstall the Base Integration Solution. This step will deploy the Business Central Integration security role.
